Mindupagents provides AI agents, WhatsApp automation, customer support automation, sales assistants, lead qualification workflows, and related business automation services. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the proposal or order confirmation provided to the client.
2. Third-party platform dependency
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business API, Meta, CRM tools, email providers, automation platforms, and hosting providers. Availability, features, and pricing of these platforms are outside our control and may change at any time.
3. WhatsApp / Meta approval
Approval of WhatsApp Business API accounts, templates, and Meta-related assets is granted solely by Meta. We do not guarantee approval, timelines, or continued access to these platforms.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, required documents, content, credentials, and timely feedback needed to configure and run the automation. Clients are also responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform policies when communicating with their customers.
5. Payment terms

6. Support limits

7. Limitation of liability

8. Integrations
All integrations depend on a technical assessment of the client's existing systems, third-party platform capabilities, and data availability. Some integrations may not be feasible or may require additional scope.
9. Human handoff
AI agents are designed to handle common scenarios. Complex customer cases may still require human handoff and intervention by the client's team.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
